1. What is MICROBA ADMIN?
MICROBA ADMIN is the shared administration workspace for MICROBA modules.
It provides a consistent shell for administrators while each MICROBA module continues to manage its own business operations.
2. Opening ADMIN
Open:
/admin/
You must be signed in with an account authorized to enter the administration workspace.
3. Navigation
The left-side ADMIN navigation is generated from registered modules.
Available items depend on which MICROBA modules are installed and registered.
Typical modules may include:
- My Profile
- PROFILE
- HIVE
- Visitor
- Commerce
- Product
- Knowledge
- SA
- ADMIN
A module may add its own internal sections.
4. My Profile
My Profile is your administrator account/profile workspace.
It is separate from individual domain administration.
5. Working Inside a Module
When you select a module, ADMIN provides the shared shell but the module controls its own records and actions.
Examples:
- PROFILE — member/profile administration.
- HIVE — HIVE members, Network, Nectar and HIVE operations.
- Visitor — visitor/referral analytics administration.
- Commerce — Orders, payments, refunds and reconciliation.
- Product — Product/Moment configuration and operations.
- Knowledge — Knowledge administration.
- SA — SET Provision, Entitlements, serialized SA and SA
operations.
6. Permissions
Being able to enter ADMIN does not automatically mean you may perform every action.
Each module may require its own permissions.
For example, you may be able to view Commerce but not perform a refund.
7. ADMIN System Area
The ADMIN system area is for administration-platform functions such as:
- registered-module information;
- diagnostics;
- route/module health;
- administration preferences;
- audit aggregation;
- system compatibility information.
It is not intended to replace domain Settings.
8. Activity and Audit
Where available, ADMIN may show a consolidated view of administrative activity.
The original authoritative record remains with the module that performed the action.
9. WordPress Admin
MICROBA ADMIN is not the same as the default WordPress /wp-admin/ interface.
Where a WordPress Admin link is provided, it should open the actual WordPress Admin only when needed.
Routine MICROBA administration should use the MICROBA ADMIN workspace.
10. Security
Do not share:
- passwords;
- access tokens;
- API secrets;
- payment credentials.
Use only the permissions assigned to your role.
11. When an Action is Denied
If you can open the module but an action is denied, this usually means the module's own permission check rejected the action.
Contact an authorized administrator rather than attempting to bypass the control.
12. Important Principle
ADMIN is the workspace. The module owns the business action.
