Important information about the scope, limitations, and responsible use of MICROBA information, Products, personalised experiences, programmes, community content, research, Knowledge, and AI-assisted services.
OUR PRINCIPLE
This Disclaimer explains the scope, limitations, and responsible use of information, Products, personalised experiences, programme information, community content, research, Knowledge, and AI-assisted services made available through MICROBA.
This Disclaimer should be read together with the MICROBA Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable Product information, and any specific programme rules.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MICROBA content is provided for general information, education, exploration, and understanding.
It is not automatically professional medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
WHAT THIS DISCLAIMER COVERS
Nature, microbiomes, bees, fermentation, nutrition, Products and general Knowledge.
Personalised Products, formulations, timing outputs, certificates and other experiences.
Research, hypotheses, observations, scientific interpretation and developing evidence.
Member profiles, stories, testimonials, messages and contributions.
HIVE, affiliate participation, SA, membership and related programme information.
AI-generated explanations, recommendations, navigation and automated assistance.
CHAPTER 01
Scope, operational truth, health boundaries and personalised outputs
MICROBA provides information and experiences relating to subjects that may include:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MICROBA content is provided for general information, education, exploration, and understanding.
It is not automatically professional medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
MICROBA distinguishes explanatory Knowledge from live operational system records.
For example:
Knowledge may explain how SA works.
The SA Registry determines actual SA ownership.
Knowledge may explain payment states.
Commerce determines the actual status of an Order or payment.
Knowledge may explain HIVE.
HIVE determines actual sponsor, qualification, or commission status.
If explanatory content conflicts with an authoritative current MICROBA system record, the authoritative system record takes precedence for the operational matter concerned.
Nothing published or generated by MICROBA should be interpreted as a medical diagnosis, prescription, emergency instruction, treatment plan, or substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional unless a specific regulated service expressly states otherwise and is legally authorized to provide it.
Do not delay necessary professional care because of MICROBA content.
Do not start, stop, or alter prescribed medication solely because of information obtained from MICROBA.
Seek appropriate medical assistance for urgent or serious health concerns.
Individual factors such as allergies, health conditions, medication, pregnancy, age, diet, and medical history may affect suitability and outcomes.
Some MICROBA Products or experiences may use information supplied by a user to produce:
Personalisation does not guarantee a particular health, nutritional, biological, commercial, financial, or personal outcome.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information where the quality or safety of an output depends on that information.
A personalised output must not be interpreted as professional diagnosis or regulated advice merely because software, algorithms, or AI were used to generate it.
Where MICROBA provides a formulation or other Product-specific output, the output should be understood within the scope stated for that Product.
Unless expressly authorized and supported under applicable law, MICROBA does not represent a Product or formulation as preventing, diagnosing, treating, or curing disease.
Actual experience may vary between individuals and circumstances.
CHAPTER 02
Evidence, biological complexity, fermentation, nutrition and Product variation
MICROBA may publish:
Scientific understanding evolves.
Content may represent a current interpretation, hypothesis, exploratory model, or developing body of evidence rather than final scientific consensus.
The existence of a study, observation, correlation, mechanism, or hypothesis does not by itself establish a proven clinical outcome.
Where third-party research is discussed, MICROBA does not claim authorship of that research unless expressly stated.
MICROBA aims to preserve appropriate context and provenance for consequential Knowledge.
However:
Users should consider publication dates, updates, source context, and limitations when relying on research-oriented content.
Content concerning bees, microbiomes, microorganisms, fermentation, microbial interactions, biological ecosystems, natural compounds, or related biological systems may be provided for research, educational, exploratory, or Product-context purposes.
Biological systems are complex.
Results may vary according to:
An observation in one environment should not automatically be assumed to produce the same result in another.
Fermentation outcomes may vary because of biological and environmental factors.
Educational content describing fermentation is not automatically a food-safety protocol or guarantee that a home or third-party fermentation process is safe.
Users undertaking independent fermentation remain responsible for using appropriate food-safety practices and professional guidance where necessary.
Nutrition-related information provided by MICROBA is generally educational unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.
Nutritional suitability varies between individuals.
People with allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, medication use, pregnancy, or other relevant health considerations should obtain appropriate professional guidance before making significant changes based on general information.
MICROBA aims to present Product information accurately.
However, Product characteristics may change where reasonably necessary, including:
Images and visual representations may be illustrative.
Customers should review the actual Product label, ingredients, allergen information, instructions, warnings, and Product-specific notices before use.
Where current Product information conflicts with older editorial material, the current authoritative Product information should be used for the relevant purchase or use decision.
Where Products contain natural, biological, fermented, agricultural, or minimally standardized materials, reasonable variation may occur between batches.
Variation in appearance, colour, aroma, texture, or other natural characteristics does not automatically indicate that a Product is defective.
This does not limit rights relating to unsafe, damaged, materially non-conforming, or otherwise legally defective Products.
CHAPTER 03
HIVE, affiliate participation, SA, Treasury and authoritative programme records
MICROBA may operate HIVE, referral, sponsor, or affiliate programmes.
Ordinary MICROBA membership or an ordinary eligible purchase does not automatically require an affiliate or sponsor.
Where a person participates in an affiliate or HIVE programme, outcomes may depend on:
No affiliate, sponsor, member, or promoter may guarantee income, commission, business success, SA value, Product outcomes, or other results on behalf of MICROBA unless MICROBA has expressly authorized the relevant representation.
Past commissions, examples, projections, illustrations, testimonials, or results do not guarantee future income.
Affiliate participation may produce:
No commission
Variable commission
Changing qualification
Changing eligible activity
depending on the applicable programme rules.
Participation should not be based on an assumption of guaranteed earnings.
MICROBA may operate an SA programme.
SA should be understood according to the applicable SA programme rules.
Unless applicable law and specific MICROBA documentation expressly establish otherwise, SA is not represented as:
MICROBA may publish a purchasing or redemption reference for SA.
Where the programme uses a reference such as:
1 SA = Rp30,000
that amount is a programme reference value governed by the applicable SA rules.
It should not be interpreted as:
Any spending, transfer, redemption, or other use of SA remains subject to applicable programme rules, eligibility, system state, and law.
A provision or potential entitlement arising from eligible activity is not necessarily the same as issued SA ownership.
Conceptually:
Provision
!= Minted SA
!= Member-owned SA
An entitlement becomes effective only according to the applicable SA programme rules and authoritative SA system records.
MICROBA may maintain Treasury inventory to support SA circulation.
Treasury may receive existing SA and may later recycle or release that SA according to programme rules.
Recycling an existing SA does not create a new SA.
Treasury terminology should not be interpreted to mean that MICROBA operates a bank, deposit-taking institution, investment fund, or customer savings account unless separately authorized under applicable law.
MICROBA may maintain internal Sponsorship or related programme records associated with Treasury and SA circulation.
Such records exist for internal programme operation, balancing, reconciliation, governance, or related legitimate purposes.
They do not by themselves establish:
Final accounting and legal treatment is determined by applicable law and the programme's approved legal/accounting structure.
Where enabled, SA may be:
A requested transaction is not necessarily complete until the authoritative SA system records it as complete.
Where cash redemption is offered, returning SA to Treasury and completing any associated cash/payment process may be separate operational steps.
CHAPTER 04
Orders, refunds, member content, testimonials and external statements
MICROBA may provide information explaining Orders, payments, refunds, COD, and other Commerce processes.
The authoritative Commerce record determines the actual state of an Order or payment.
For example:
Order Created
!= Payment Confirmed
COD Selected
!= Paid
Payment Redirect Completed
!= Provider Confirmation
Users should rely on confirmed transaction status rather than assumptions based solely on an interface transition, message, or external redirect.
Refund eligibility is governed by the MICROBA Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where an underlying transaction is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or found invalid, related programme effects may also be reversed or reconciled.
These may include:
Community Profiles, posts, discussions, testimonials, messages, stories, and contributions may be created by individual users.
Such content does not automatically represent MICROBA's position.
MICROBA may moderate content, but moderation does not mean MICROBA independently verifies every factual statement.
Testimonials describe individual experiences.
They should not be interpreted as:
Individual experiences may vary.
Statements made by members, affiliates, sponsors, community participants, or independent promoters outside official MICROBA communication channels do not automatically bind MICROBA.
A person cannot create a guarantee or obligation on behalf of MICROBA merely by claiming affiliation with MICROBA.
CHAPTER 05
AI assistance, live data, translation and automated systems
MICROBA may provide AI-assisted features or a chatbot for:
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, ambiguity, or outdated information.
Users should verify consequential information through the appropriate authoritative MICROBA record or qualified professional where necessary.
An AI-generated response should not be treated as medical, legal, investment, financial, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice merely because the response is detailed, personalized, or confidently expressed.
Where professional judgment is required, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Where an AI answer concerns current MICROBA operational data, the owning system is authoritative.
Examples:
Profile
-> identity and account state
HIVE
-> sponsor, affiliate, qualification and commission state
Launch
-> current Launch state
Product
-> current price and availability
Commerce
-> Order and payment state
SA
-> SA ownership and transaction state
If an AI answer conflicts with these records, the authoritative record takes precedence.
MICROBA may use AI to help explain Knowledge in different languages.
Unless expressly identified as an approved translation, an AI-generated translation should be understood as an assistance layer rather than the canonical legal or policy text.
For legal, contractual, programme, or safety-critical matters, users should refer to the designated authoritative version.
MICROBA may use software rules, algorithms, or automated systems to assist with matters such as:
Automated processing does not guarantee that every result will be error-free.
Where an applicable process provides review or correction, users may request review through the appropriate MICROBA channel.
CHAPTER 06
Third parties, availability, historical context, future features and user judgment
MICROBA may link to or integrate with third-party services.
Third parties operate under their own:
A link or integration does not mean MICROBA endorses every statement, Product, service, or practice of that third party.
MICROBA aims to maintain reliable and accurate services.
However, MICROBA does not guarantee that:
Maintenance, updates, security events, infrastructure issues, external providers, legal requirements, and events beyond reasonable control may affect service availability.
MICROBA may preserve historical content and transaction context.
Historical information should not automatically be interpreted as the current Product, programme rule, price, research position, or system state.
Where available, users should refer to:
Current version
Current effective date
Current Product
Current programme rules
Current authoritative system state References to planned, experimental, future, or developing capabilities do not guarantee that those capabilities will be released, remain available, or be released in a particular form or timeframe.
Users remain responsible for reasonable judgment when using MICROBA information and services.
This includes responsibility for:
CHAPTER 07
Liability limits, mandatory rights, policy changes and contact
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Nusaraya International Resources and MICROBA's applicable officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from reliance on MICROBA information or use of MICROBA services where such liability may lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this Disclaimer:
The final published liability wording should be reviewed by qualified Indonesian legal counsel and, where relevant, counsel for jurisdictions in which MICROBA actively offers Products or services.
This Disclaimer is intended to explain reasonable limitations.
It is not intended to eliminate rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.
If a provision of this Disclaimer conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, the mandatory protection prevails to the extent of the conflict.
MICROBA may update this Disclaimer as:
The effective date should be updated when a revised version is published.
Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate MICROBA channel.
Questions concerning this Disclaimer should be submitted through MICROBA's official contact, support, or legal channel.
The final published version should include the designated contact email or official contact mechanism.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiries.
If explanatory content conflicts with an authoritative current MICROBA system record, the authoritative system record takes precedence for the operational matter concerned.
